TNA Book 1

LOT 57 1826 N-5 R-2 VF35+. Close to EF40 but there is a small spot of carbon in the right obverse field. Glossy light reddish chocolate with hints of underling lustrous golden brown faded down from mint color in the protected areas. A choice VF example with great eye appeal. EDS(a).

LOT 58 1827 N-6 R-3 VF35. 5 points sharper but there is a shallow layer of microscopic granularity on the surfaces that somewhat dull the otherwise glossy surfaces. Reddsih chocolate brown with deeper olive on the high points. A few trivial marks, nothing noteworthy. MDS(c-).

LOT 59 1828 N-6 R-1 Large Narrow Date EF40. 5 points sharper but there are several tiny nicks on the obverse for the higher grade. Nothing distracting, and the reverse is nearly flawless. Frosty light to medium brown with subtle mint luster in some protected areas. E-MDS(a).

Ex; Stack’s 1/2002:782 - EAC 2009:309

LOT 60 1829 N-8 R-1 Large Letters AU50. Medium brown and olive with frosty tan mellowed down from very faded mint color in some protected areas. Free of notable marks, just a touch of wear on the high points, with lustrous surfaces. E-MDS(a). Broken out of an NGC MS62BN holder #3235489-011 (label included).

Ex; Tom Reynolds 5/2014
