Brunk Counterstamped S.J.O’NEILL . Counterstasmped S.J.O’NEILL 6 times in somewhat random manner on the obverse, and 5 times across the reverse in an asterisk pattern. Readable date. O-102

LOT 695 1853 Brunk O-118 Counterstamped C.Orth . Counterstamped C.Orth on the obverse. Light roughness on the surfaces with traces of verdigris and maroonish oxidation spots on both sides. Otherwise tan brown and steel patina. Full date, readable legends. 19 Known.

LOT 699 1652 Noe-36 Pine Tree Shilling Electrotype Copy VF30 . Glossy pale grey with old crud in some protected areas. Some of the tops of the legends didn’t make the extremely light planchet.

Brunk Counterstamped J.D.STAPLES . Counterstamped J.D.STAPLES on the obverse. Glossy medium brown with grainy golden scale in some protected areas on otherwise smooth surfaces. Full date and legends. S-861

LOT 700 1652 Noe-36 Pine Tree Threepence Electrotype Copy F15 . Glossy light to dark brown obverse, the reverse has been cleaned with faded artificial orange and a dark spot at EN. Glossy smooth surfaces.

LOT 697 1854 Brunk S-1061 + S-1064 Counterstamped .W. Strange & C.A. Strange . Counterstamped with both J.W.Strange and C.A.Strange on the obverse. The father and son duo managed a brass foundry, die sinking, and stencil manufacturing business. Only 3 or 4 known with both stamps on them.

LOT 701 1722 Rosa Americana Twopence Electrotype Copy of Breen-89 EF40 . Choice glossy light chocolate brown. A beautiful electrotype copy, essentially flawless with great eye appeal.
