Counterstamped B.PARSONS. Counterstamped B.PARSONS. on the reverse. Various minor nicks scattered across the surfaces and rims of both sides, a couple nicks at the mouth and nearby cheek and scrape through the lower left wreath the most notable. Glossy medium brown and steel with very light surface roughness. Readable date and legends. Not listed by Brunk.
LOT 682 1838 Brunk S-249 Counterstamped A.G.SEARL . Counterstamped A.G.SEARL on the reverse. Rather glossy medium brown with a few splashes of steel on the obverse, the reverse lighter brown and medium brown with parallel diagonal steel streaks. There is a flake at the tip of the laurel, otherwise smooth, glossy surfaces.
LOT 679 1837 Brunk S-740 Counterstamped L. Spaulding . Counterstamped L. Spaulding on the obverse. Very light roughness on chocolate brown surfaces gently mottled with deeper steel. Minor nicks and chips scattered on both sides. Medium brown, bold date and legends. 5 known.
LOT 683 Counterstamped O.SARVER Braided Hair Cent . Counterstamped O.SARVER on the obverse, the only the very edge of the O made it. Fine roughness covers the surfaces with traces of verdigris within the stamp. The date is gone but legends mostly readable and devices clear enough to easily identify. Not listed by Brunk.
LOT 680 1837 Counterstamped .SCALES . Counterstamped .SCALES on the obverse. Cleaned and now mostly artificial red and steel with light roughness on the surfaces, and scattered nicks on the reverse. Not listed by Brunk.
Counterstamped W.H.MILES . Counterstamped W.H.MILES twice, intersecting across the obverse. Granular surfaces with heavy bruises all along the rims. Deep ruddy brown and olive. Full date, readable legends. Not listed by Brunk.

LOT 681 1838 Brunk O-23 Counterstamped N.S.OAKS . Counterstamped N.S.OAKS on the obverse. Semi-glossy medium brown with brick red areas containing fine roughness on the upper obverse and high points caused by the stamp. There are a few minor rim bruises and nicks at stars 7-8, star 13, below the stem, and over O in OF. Full date, partial legends. 7 known.

Counterstamped and J.SCHWAB . Counterstamped J.SCHWAB on the obverse, and S.H.MILLS atop another J.SCHWAB stamp on the reverse. Glossy medium brown and olive. Bold date and fully readable legends even within the stamps. Neither listed by Brunk. S.H.MILLS
