LOT 352 1813 S-293 R-2 Close Star VG10. VF20+ but lightly corroded with fine roughness and a few scattered pits on both sides. A vertical pin scratch between 1 and 3 is the only notable mark. Dark brown and charcoal patina.
LOT 348 1813 S-292 R-2 Distant Star F12. VF20 sharpness with numerous minor nicks scattered across the surfaces of both sides and a couple old scratches left of ONE CENT and over O in ONE. Rather glossy even olive brown. Smooth surfaces.

LOT 353 1814 S-294 R-1 Crosslet 4 VF30+. Rather glossy dark olive and dark steel with lighter steel on the high points of the devices. There is one tiny pin prick or pit on the throat, free of marks otherwise. MDS, Breen state II. Smooth surfaces.
LOT 349 1813 S-292 R-2 Distant Star VG10. VF30 sharpness but corroded with fine roughness and micro-porosity on the surfaces. Dark steel and olive green patina. Free of notable marks otherwise.

LOT 350 1813 S-292 R-2 Distant Star VG10. Cleaned long ago and now retoned a rather glossy dark brown and steel. There is a pin prick left of the date, a tiny pit after the last S in STATES, and a minor rim bump on the bottom reverse. Bold date and legends, smooth surfaces.
LOT 354 1814 S-294 R-1 Crosslet 4 VF30. Dark brown with spots of darker steel toning on the obverse, the reverse has even more deeper steel toning around the peripheries. There are a few old hairline scratches above the portrait, a pin prick before the chin, and a speck of old verdigris beneath the bar under CENT. Smooth. hard surfaces. M-LDS, struck slightly off center towards K-4.5.

LOT 351 1813 S-293 R-2 Close Star F12. VF35 sharpness but there are digs on the portrait and old verdigris in the protected areas of both sides, most notably around the reverse peripheral legends. The notable digs include one above E in LIBERTY, a couple on the cheek and throat, and another on the truncation of the bust. Dark chocolate brown and steel. E-MDS.
LOT 355 1814 S-294 R-1 Crosslet 4 VG8. VG10 but recolored and now rather glossy steel and faded orange mellowed to light brown. Numerous trivial marks scattered on both sides consistent with the grade. Full date and legends.
