LOT 111 1794 S-65 R-1 VF20. Attractive frosty medium steel and light chocolate browns. Only a few trivial contact marks, most notably a light rim bruise left of the bottom of the cap, a thin diagonal nick in the field under the chin, and a dull nick under the first S in STATES. Smooth surfaces except for a few microscopic pre-striking planchet chip in the field left of the curls. LDS< breen state IX, with numerous die cracks on both sides. The obverse is misaligned to K-2, as usual. Removed from a PCGS slab graded VF30 (PCGS label #901374.30/83668885 included).

LOT 110 1794 S-62 R-4+ VG10. F12+ sharpness but there is fine roughness on all but the high points. No verdigris and the only notable mark is a short vertical scratch in the leaves under U in UNITED. Dark olive brown fields with lighter medium brown on the devices. Rare EDS, Breen state I, before the cud break on the left obverse.

LOT 112 Group of 4 Early Large Cents 1794-1814. Lot of 4 early large cents. Includes a 1794 S-18b graded BS-1 corroded and cleaned, a 1794 S-41 R-3 graded F15 net AG3 for corrosion, a 1797 S-161 R-2 M-LDS Breen State IX graded G5 net AG3, and an 1814 S-295 R-2 graded G5 net FR2+ for corrosion.

LOT 113 1795 S-74 R-4- Lettered Edge F15. VF25+ but there are several planchet flaws, notably a flake at B in LIBERTY with a crack down through E and the forelock to the dentils before the eye, another behind the lower hair curls, and a third between the dentils and cap. There is also a planchet saw cut over STATES. E-MDS, Breen state II. Steel brown and underlying light brown on smooth surfaces. Graded VF25 and Tied for CC#19 by Noyes, his photo #33372.

LOT 114 1795 S-74 R-4- Lettered Edge VG8. Rather glossy medium brown and olive surfaces. There are a few faint hairlines on the portrait and left obverse field, a pinprick between UNITED and STATES, and a few minor rim bumps above the same. Smooth, glossy surfaces. Bold date and full legends.
