LOT 65 1819 N-2 R1 Large Date PCGS graded MS62 Brown . Frosty light steel brown and tan with 10% of the original mint color remaining, mostly on the reverse. Sharp and attractive but with a few minor marks. There is a short hairline scratch in the field right of star 4 and a swipe of darker steel toning across the bust tip. EDS+, die state a. The fields are satiny rather than reflective but the die repair work on the 9 (possible 9 over 8 overdate or a repunched 9) remains sharp and there is no trace of die rust on either side.
