LOT 44 1800 NC-3 R-6- AG3+. G4 obverse, while the reverse is AG3, but choice for the grade. Glossy dark olive with lighter steel brown on the highpoints. There is a small planchet chip in the leaves over the left top of O in ONE. Bold, clear date and the spike up from the top of I in AMERICA is obvious.

LOT 45 1802 S-238 R-4 F12. Glossy olive and steel brown patina with a spot of micropitting right of LIBERTY but otherwise smooth surfaces. The notable marks include minor nicks in the hair near the ear, under 0 in the date, left of L in LIBERTY, and a horizontal pin scratch over the wreath. Bold date and legends. CC#25 in the Noyes census.
LOT 47 1817 N-8 R-2 AU50. Frosty olive and chocolate browns with traces of lighter reddish steel faded down from mint color in some of the protected areas. Lustrous surfaces with great eye appeal. E-MDS(a) before the “Mouse break”.

LOT 46 1816 N-7 R-3 EF40. Attractive frosty steel and chocolate browns with a bit of darker toning in the field before the lips and very light micro granularity under U in UNITED. There is a small nick on the cheek, and a couple on the reverse over A in STATES and on the bottom. MDS(b).
LOT 48 1818 N-6 R-1 EF40. Frosty olive brown with underlying tan mellowed down from faded mint color. There is a thin planchet fissure on the obverse through star 2 into the field that also extends along the rim to the other side through A in STATES and the wreath. One other minor lamination is seen over star 5. Frosty, lustrous surfaces otherwise, free of notable marks. LDS(c-).
