LOT 349 1840 N-10 R2 Large Date ANACS graded AU53 Details, Corroded . Frosty steel brown. Choice except for a spot of raised greenish corrosion at CA in AMERICA. Otherwise smooth with just a few microscopic marks of no concern. MDS, die state b, with a clearly defined rim cud at stars 9-10. Our grade is EF45 sharpness net VF35. LOT 352 1842 N-6 R1 Large Date ANACS graded EF40 . Glossy light to medium brown with reddish brown toning at the top of the obverse. Smooth with only trivial marks including some microscopic rim nicks over the first A in AMERICA. LDS, die state d (Reiver’s old #10). The lumps on the obverse are gone and a small lump now shows near the leaf right of the base of the E in ONE. Our grade is VF30+. The attribution is noted on the ANACS label. Certificate #7341044

LOT 353 1843 N-2 R1 Petite Head with Small Letters ANACS graded AU53 . Choice glossy medium brown with mint frost covering the protected areas on both sides. Just trivial contact marks and very light wear on the devices. Nicely struck EDS, die state a, with a triangular lump under the 1 in the date. Our grade is EF45. The attribution is noted on the ANACS label. Certificate #7341045

LOT 350 1841 N-7 R2 ANACS graded VF35 Details, Rim Bump, Cleaned . Glossy light olive brown and chocolate with lighter brown in protected areas on the obverse thanks to an old cleaning. Fine hairlines cover much of the obverse, but they are not visible to the unaided eye. Otherwise the only mark is a light rim bruise at stars 11-12. EDS, die state a, with lumps under the date and no cracks. Our grade is VF30+ sharpness net VF25. The attribution is noted on the ANACS label. Certificate #7341042

LOT 354 1843 N-9 R3 Petite Head with Repunched Date AU50+ . The sharpness is very close to mint state but the obverse was lightly cleaned and retoned. The reverse is lustrous and original with 15% of the mint red remaining visible. Frosty light olive on the obverse, lustrous steel brown on the reverse. The only notable marks are two carbon spots above the end of the wreath stem. E-MDS, die state a late. Repunching is visible on all 4 digits of the date and there is a narrow rim cud from right of star 8 to star 10.

LOT 351 1842 N-4 R2+ Large Date NGC graded AU58 . Frosty steel brown and light chocolate with faded mint color in the protected areas on both sides. No roughness, just minor contact marks. A thin, light horizontal nick right of the bottom of star 4 can help identify this cent. E-MDS, die state a late. The die lines over the M in AMERICA are visible but the ones over ERI are faint or gone. Our grade is AU50. Certificate #5972957-002
