EARLY CENTS AUCTIONS

LOT 305 1827 N-6 R3 PCGS UNC Detail, Questionable Color . Lustrous light steel brown. The color appears to be original but this cent has the look of a piece that was given an “MS70” dip to clean off any debris or other foreign matter to uncover the luster. The real issue with this cent is a scrape across the face and through the hair to the main curl. Otherwise the only defect is a spot of fine reddish corrosion on the A in STATES. MDS, die state c, with die cracks through the date and stars. Our grade is AU58 sharpness net EF40. Certificate #1651.91/47453800
