LOT 546 1832 N-2 R3 Large Legend Letters, Small Denomination Letters, PCGS graded MS60 Brown . The obverse is lustrous olive brown and steel with at least 10% of the planchet showing mint red. The reverse is lustrous light to medium brown with peeps of faded mint red in a few places and a puff of darker olive brown toning at TE in STATES. No notable contact marks but the contrast in toning shades between the obverse and reverse is a bit of a distraction for an otherwise very nice cent. M-LDS, Grellman state b early. There is just the faintest trace of the misplaced S right of the D in UNITED. Our grade is MS60+. Housed in an older generation PCGS holder with a green label. Certification Number 1687.60/3181410

LOT 549 1833 N-1 R2 NGC graded MS64 Brown . Very attractive lustrous medium steel brown and light chocolate. This cent has great eye appeal and it looks choice mint state, but there is a trace of rub on the very highest points of the devices. No spots or stains, but there is a small, dull tick high on the neck and a couple microscopic ones on the cheek near the hair. E-MDS, Grellman state a. The fields are lightly flowlined and the reverse is cracked (as always), but the lump between the tops of the T & A in STATES (actually the top of a stray A) is clear. Our grade is AU55+. The attribution and COL Ellsworth Collection provenance are noted on the NGC label. Certification Number 502825-001

LOT 547 1832 N-3 R1 Large Letters AU58 . Lustrous light brown and tan with subtle overtones of light bluish steel on the reverse. Satiny and very attractive. Looks choice mint state but there is a hint of rub on the very highest points of the devices. A thin vertical scratch down the left edge of the 3 is the only notable mark. MDS, Grellman state a, with flowlined fields and clear dentils but without any crumbling in the dentils at ES-O. Removed from an ANACS holder graded MS63 BRN (ANACS label #2858267 included).

LOT 550 1833 N-2 R2 ANACS graded MS62 Brown . Attractive lustrous light steel brown. Traces of mellowed mint red remain visible, mostly on the reverse. The notable marks, and they are trivial, are a couple barely visible ticks on the cheek, a spot of darker steel toning inside the top of the C in CENT, and specks of dark toning (not carbon) right of the F in OF. MDS, Grellman state a. The fields are lightly flowlined and there are die cracks on both sides, but the repunching on the top of the O in ONE and the C in CENT is clear. Struck with the reverse rotated 35 degrees clockwise. Our grade is MS60. The attribution is noted on the ANACS label. Certification Number 5299089
