Hall of Fame Collection Half Dollars
LOT 244 1820 Overton 103a R2 MS60. Lustrous vibrant electric blue fading to silver and light gray in the centers. The luster on the obverse is a bit subdued but the luster and eye appeal on the reverse are spectacular. The only mark is a tiny scratch left of the earlobe, and you need a glass to see it. Later die state with a fine but clear die crack through star 12 to the 1. A very nice Turban Head Half Dollar, and the reverse is a showpiece.
LOT 241 1819 Overton-108 R3 EF45. Frosty light steel gray with bluish steel toning near the rims. Sharply struck with light friction on the highpoints and no notable marks.
