LOT 341 1837 N-10 R1 Beaded Hair Cord, ANACS AU50 Details, Corroded . Rather glossy dark olive brown with frost in protected areas, especially on the reverse. There are a few traces of fine carbon on both sides and a couple minor rim bruises, the largest left of the date. Calling this cent “Corroded” is rather harsh. Look for yourself. LDS, Grellman state F, with clear rim cuds below 837 and star 13. Our grade is EF40+ sharpness net VF30. The attribution is noted on the ANACS label. 5335997
LOT 339 1837 N-9 R1 Beaded Hair Cord MS60 . Lustrous medium brown. Satiny and very attractive but there are a few marks. A spot of very fine carbon left of the date, another over the N in ONE, and a diagonal nick right of the eye are the notable defects. M-LDS, Grellman state f, with numerous die cracks on the obverse, one crack on the reverse, and a small but clear rim cud even with the top of star 4.

LOT 342 1838 N-4 R2 PCGS graded AU55 . Frosty reddish tan and chocolate with darker steel brown on the obverse highpoints. Satiny flowline luster shows in protected areas. A shallow dig or nick over the N in ONE is the only notable mark. LDS, Grellman state g, with a rim cud under the 83. The linear cud in the lower curls is strong. Our grade is EF45+ sharpness net EF40 . 1741.55/27600145
LOT 340 1837 N-9 R-1 Head of 1838 PCGS AU58 CAC Approved . Frosty medium brown with very slightly darker steel brown toning on the high points. An attractive cent, just a few trivial contact marks from choice. A tiny diagonal nick right of the bottom of the eye is a good identifying mark. M-LDS with several die cracks on both sides. Our grade is XF45+. The attribution and Tucker provenance are noted on the PCGS label. 37132.58/81765979
