LOT 335 1836 N-3 R1 NGC graded MS64 Brown . Frosty tan and light olive with slightly darker steel brown on the highpoints. There are a couple tiny ticks on the jaw and a light touch of friction on the highpoints. A couple small spots of darker toning (not carbon) under the hair bun can help identify this cent. EDS, Grellman die state a, with an uncracked reverse. The fine die line through the M is sharp. Our grade is AU50+. The attribution and Rasmussen Collection provenance are noted on the NGC label. (The holder is lightly scuffed.) 380724-001

LOT 332 1835 N-18 R4+ Head of 1834 G5 . Several points sharper but dented with a subtle bend in the planchet. Two shall pits in the field before the mouth are good identifying marks. Glossy light to medium brown. LDS, Grellman state b, with minor crumbling in the dentils on the obverse.

LOT 333 1835 N-19 R5 Head of 1836 VG8 . Glossy medium brown and light chocolate. Smooth with nice eye appeal. A stain of microscopic roughness at the rim below the 35 and some hairline scratches inside the wreath are the only notable defects.

LOT 334 1836 N-2 R-2 NGC AU58 . Glossy mottled mix of chocolate, deep steel, and autumn browns mellowed down from very faded mint red. The best identifying marks are a couple trivial rim nicks, one left of the date and one over star 8. LDS(e) with a bisecting curved die break from before STATES down through ONE and M in AMERICA. Frosty, lustrous surfaces. Our grade is AU50. 3315006 009
