EARLY CENTS AUCTIONS
TERMINAL S-249
yes LOT 250 1803 S-249 R2 Corrected Denominator 100 over 000 AG3 . Glossy olive brown and chocolate. There are some nicks scattered over both sides and a depression in the field over the end of the bust. The date is clear as are most of the legends. Essentially just a heavily worn cent. Rare TDS, Breen state VI, with strong cud breaks at ERIC and the end of the bust, a very rare die state. The Corrected Denominator feature is visible.

LOT 251 1803 S-252 R2 G4 . Rather glossy olive brown and steel. The date is clear but the top of some legends outside the wreath are worn away. Basically just well worn. EDS.

TERMINAL S-253
yes LOT 252 1803 S-253 R2 VG8+ . A couple points sharper but there are three digs at the wreath ribbon. Otherwise quite nice with smooth surfaces and attractive glossy light olive brown and steel toning. Very rare TDS, Breen state VI, with a cud break under 180 extending to just left of the lowest curl, and a strong die crack at STAT that has created a slightly sunken retained cud above the crack.
