RARE TERMINAL STATE S-223
yes LOT 233 1801 S-223 R1 Error Fraction 1/000 G5 . Attractive glossy light olive brown. Smooth with minor marks, just worn. A tiny rim bruise over the A in STATES is the only notable mark, and it is insignificant. Rare TDS, Breen state VI, with a strong cud break connecting the bust to the rim. Removed from a PCGS holder conservatively graded G4 (PCGS label #1464.04/21726927 included, and it shows the 1/000 error).

LOT 236 1801 NC-1 R-6 G4 . VG10 sharpness but covered in very light roughness on the surfaces and a minor dent on the rim over E in AMERICA that caused the coin to slightly bend. There are also notable rim nicks and bruises at E, TY, and right of LIBERTY, and nick behind the hair braid. Glossy medium olive brown obverse, deeper setel brown reverse. The attribution points of poited 1 and perfect Y on the obverse are clear, as is the incused bust on the reverse at TES OF. Our grade is VG10 net G4.
LOT 234 1801 S-224 R1 VF25 . At least 5 points sharper but there are couple light rim nicks on both sides and a line of light nicks between the F in OF and the adjacent A. Glossy dark olive brown and steel with smooth surfaces. EDS, Breen state I, before the rim break at the M.

LOT 235 1801 S-224 R1 PCGS graded VF30 . Glossy chocolate brown with slightly lighter steel brown on the devices. Smooth with just a few marks including a nick in the field left of the lower curls, a few more on the portrait, and a couple ticks on the leaf below the A in STATES. EDS, Breen state I., before the rim break at M. Our grade is VF25 net VF20+. The attribution and New Cumberland Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label. 36254.30/47927465
