EARLY AMERICAN COPPER SOCIETY AUCTION 2025  NICE TERMINAL STATE 1852 N-6

yes LOT 457 1852 N-6 R2 MS60+ . Lustrous light brown with hints of light olive on the reverse and traces of mellowed mint red, mostly on the reverse. Satiny and free of marks. LDS, Grellman state c, with a large rim cud on the right side of the obverse.

LOT 458 1852 N-6 R2 VF30 . Slightly sharper with a few rim nicks on the obverse, strongest left of star 5, and a couple small marks right of the inner curl. Glossy chocolate brown with lighter brown on the devices. LDS, Grellman state c, with a large rim cud on the right side of the obverse.

LOT 459 1853 N-5 R2- EF45+ . Sharpness near mint state but cleaned with microscopic hairlines covering the planchet. Frosty tan and light steel brown with lighter coppery tan in protected areas on the reverse. Sharply struck E-MDS, die state a late, with light flowlines in the fields but the die lines from the inner curl still clear. Looks better than it might sound, and it comes with a nice provenance.
