LOT 174 1801 S-214 R-4+ G6. Glossy dark olive brown, a few shades lighter on the devices. There are a couple wispy pin scratches that blend in well on the portrait, and a rim nick over CA in AMERICA, no other notable marks. Struck slightly off center towards K-6 on the obverse, resulting in the bottom of the digits not making the planchet but the date remains readable. MDS.
LOT 178 1801 S-216 R-1 F12. Rather glossy dark olive and steel patina. Free of notable marks on smooth surfaces. Full date and legends, LDS with the reverse rim break over the first S in STATES.

LOT 179 1801 S-219 R-2 3 Error Rev AG3. Deep olive brown on porous surfaces with a couple old scratches on either side. Despite that, the devices are outlined and all three errors on the reverse are visible. Strong date. E-MDS.
LOT 175 1801 S-214 R-4+ G4. Slightly sharper but microscopic roughness covers the surfaces, minimized by an old cleaning that left faint hairlines on the surfaces. Now toned deep bluish steel with faded ruddy brown on some of the devices and high points. Weak at OF but readable legends and date. LDS.
