LOT 135 1797 S-138 R-1 ANACS F15 Details (Corroded). Fine sharpness but covered with uniform granularity across the surfaces. Uniform dark olive patina, free of notable marks. Strong date and legends. Our grade is G5. Certificate Number# 7803784

LOT 139 1798/7 S-151 R-3 AG3. VG sharpness but the surfaces are porous and rough with old scratches on both sides. Glossy chocolate and dark browns. E-MDS. Strong date with clear overdate feature.

LOT 136 1797 S-139 R-1 ANACS VG8 Details (Corroded, Tooled, Burnished). VG sharpness but the surfaces have been burnished with traces of fine granularity underneath and in the protected areas. There is also evidence of tooling in the form of curved hairlines scratches around the dentils and fields. Mostly deep steel brown with dark brown on some devices and legends. Strong date, full legends. Our grade is G4. Certificate Number# 7803783
LOT 140 1798/7 S-151 R-3 G6. F15 sharpness but there is scattered pitting and old scratches on the surfaces of boths dies, more so on the obverse than the reverse. A nick left of LIBERTY and a cluster of tooling at CA in AMERICA are the other notable marks. Glossy light brown, a couple shades darker in some protected areas. MDS. Struck slightly off center towards K-10.5. Strong overdate feature.

LOT 137 1798 S-146 R-5- FR2. G6 sharpness but the surfaces are rough with a couple dents on the central obverse, and rim dents on the bottom of both sides. Deep steel and chocolate patina with a strong date.

LOT 141 1798/7 S-151 R-3 G4. A couple points sharper but slightly corroded with fine granularity on the surfaces. Free of notable marks. Glossy dark steel brown. M-LDS. Struck slightly off center towards K-10.5. Strong overdate feature.

LOT 138 1798 S-149 R-4+ VG7. A few points sharper but there are a few digs under LIB and light pitting on the surfaces. Otherwise trivial marks consistent with the grade, none noteworthy. Semi-glossy medium olive brown surfaces. EDS, Breen state I. Graded VG7 net G5 and tied for CC#18 by Noyes, his photo #27694.
