1066 Seleukid Kingdom. Antiochos I Soter (281-261 BC). Silver Tetradrachm (17.01 g). Seleukeia on the Tigris. Diademed head right, ties go straight down. Reverse: Apollo Delphios, testing arrow and resting hand on bow, seated left on omphalos, monograms outer left and right. Cf SC 379.6a (different monograms), cf. HGC 9, 128. Pleasing high-relief portrait. Apparently slightly tooled (?). Extremely Fine.
