EARLY CENTS AUCTIONS
LOT 327 1809 S-280 R-2 F12. VF35 sharpness but there are a trio of notable rim dents, two stop the obverse visible on the opposing side, and one at ES in STATES. There is also some minor corrosion at STATES and on the bottom edge. Smooth surfaces otherwise. Glossy medium olive. MDS.
LOT 331 1810/09 S-281 R-1 VG10. F12 sharpness but a mottled mix of medium brown, light steel, reddish chocolate, and olive with microscopic roughness on the surfaces. There are also specks of old verdigris around the date and a tiny pit in the hair behind the neck. M-LDS, bold date and legends.

LOT 328 1809 S-280 R-2 VG10. VF25 sharpness with fine granularity covering the surfaces and a cluster of pitting stop the portrait. Semi-glossy dark olive brown and steel. E-MDS. Free of notable marks otherwise. Strong date and legends.

LOT 332 Trio of Classic Head Cents 1810 & 1811. Trio of Classic Head Cents. Includes an 1810 S-282 R-2 FR2+, an 1811 S-287 R-2 FR2+, and an 1811 S-287 AG3. All dark chocolate and olive browns with relatively smooth surfaces for the grades.
LOT 329 1809 S-280 R-2 G5. A couple points sharper but there are scattered pits and fine roughness on both sides. There are also rim bruises at star 13, under 9, and over AT in STATES. Dark olive brown surfaces with full date and legends.

LOT 333 1810 S-283 R-2 VG10. F15 sharpness but cleaned and recolored rather dark olive and charcoal surfaces with microgranular deeper maroon in some protected areas left behind from shallow scale. There are also minor marks before the forelock, above star 3, and around the bust tip. MDS. Other than the aforementioned protected areas, fairly smooth otherwise.
LOT 330 1810/09 S-281 R-1 VG10+. F15 sharpness but there are a handful of digs on the central reverse over N(E), right of N(T), and left of C(E). Rather glossy medium steel brown on the obverse, the reverse more of the same mixed with light brown. EDS. Bold date and legends with clear overdate feature.
