LOT 337 1803 S-246 R3 F12 Sharpness at least VF25 but covered with fine granularity. No verdigris or marks and it has nice eye appeal for the grade. Recolored a slightly glossy reddish chocolate brown and steel. EDS, Breen state I, before any trace of the “Mumps” break at the throat. Comes with a nice provenance. $500

LOT 338 1803 S-247 R3 VG8 Sharpness F12 but burnished and retoning glossy orange and steel brown. Smooth and void of any notable marks. Just needs a proper retoning. MDS, Breen state II. The “Mumps” break at the throat is strong and there is a die crack at NITE. $250
