1801 S-223 R1 Error Fraction 1/000 VG8 Slightly sharper but there are some light scratches on both sides, mostly around the date, right of the D in UNITED, and from TES down into ONE. Slightly glossy steel with reddish chocolate toning in protected areas. M-LDS, Breen state V. The cud break at RT in LIBERTY is strong. The date and legends are clear and the 1/000 feature is obvious. $450

LOT 306

1801 S-224 R1 VG10 A few points sharper but there are fine scratches covering much of the obverse, a few minor rim bruises on either side of the obverse, and a small spot of corrosion at OF. Otherwise the planchet is smooth. Glossy medium olive and chocolate brown. EDS, Breen state I, before any cud breaks. $350
