LOT 339 1833 C-1 R1 NGC graded MS64 Red & Brown, CAC Approved . Lustrous slightly mellowed mint red fading to steel brown on the devices with at least a third of the planchet showing mint color. Satiny and very attractive with sharp details. Just a few trivial marks including a couple specks of darker toning under star 12, a barely visible scuff on the jawline, and a very light scratch on the field over the date with another before the nose. Only the tiny spots are visible to the unaided eye; the other marks are microscopic. MDS, Manley state 2.0, with die clashmarks on both sides. Our grade is MS63. The attribution is noted on the NGC label. Certification Number 2526248-016

LOT 337 1832 C-2 R2 VF25 . Sharpness EF40 but the obverse was lightly burnished and retoned glossy medium chocolate brown with lighter steel brown on the highpoints of the obverse. Looks better than it might sound. MDS.

LOT 340 1833 C-1 R1 NGC AU Details, Improperly Cleaned . Frosty light olive and reddish steel with bluish steel overtones near the rims. An attractive piece but it was dipped long ago, now nicely retoning. Mint luster show in protected areas and there are no marks or other distractions. MDS, Manley state 2.0, with the usual die clashmarks on both sides. Our grade is AU58 sharpness net AU50. The attribution is noted on the NGC label. Certification Number 2543471-008

LOT 338 1832 C-3 R2 PCGS graded MS64 Brown, CAC Approved . Lustrous light to medium brown. Satiny and very attractive with just the barest trace of rub on the highest points of the devices. A speck of darker toning (not carbon) at the base of the 3 and another at the right foot of the R in LIBERTY are the best identifying marks. Sharply struck MDS with the usual tiny lumps from die rust on the reverse. Our grade is AU58+, very close to MS60. (The reverse of the holder is scuffed.). Certification Number 1159.64/14012789
