LOT 288 1834 Overton-106 R1 Large Date, Small Letters PCGS MS62. A mint state piece that was dipped long ago; now naturally retoned a very attractive lustrous silver with beautiful electric blue overtones edging in towards the centers on both sides. Just a few tiny ticks on the neck from flawless. 59098144

LOT 291 1835 Overton-109 R2 PCGS AU58. Lustrous light silvery gray with overtones of light bluish steel and champagne. The toning is a bit cloudy but the luster and eye appeal are excellent. Later die state with clashmarks on both sides and subtle swelling in the field under the chin. 59098142

LOT 289 1834 Overton-109 R1 Small Date & Letters AU50. Sharply struck EDS with hard, slightly reflective fields on both sides. Light to medium grayish steel with brighter silver highpoints. The recutting on star 10 is obvious. The only notable mark is a microscopic planchet chip over star 1.

LOT 290 1834 Overton-115 R2 Small Date & Letters F12. Slightly sharper but there are a few very small rim nicks at UNITED. Light to medium gray and steel. The recutting on the right side of the 0 in 50 is bold.

LOT 292 1836 Overton-112 R1 VF20. Lightly cleaned, now glossy light silvery gray. The surfaces are smooth with light to moderate wear. The only significant mark is a shallow scrape on the edge right of star 8. LDS. The dentils are nearly gone but the small bar on the lower right of the 6 is still visible.
