LOT 741 1846 Original Proof-Only, Electrotype COPY AU50 . Frosty steel brown and olive. Minor tooling marks on the rims with microscopic roughness covering both sides (as made). Not even close to the craftsmanship shown on the previous example, but still attractive.

LOT 745 1849 Original Small Date Large Berries Electrotype Copy XF40 . Glossy chocolate brown with a few faint pin scratches across Liberty’s nose and face, and along the upper obverse rim that blends well. Smooth surfaces. An attractive electrotype copy of the original proof 1849 half cent.

Ex Dave Wnuck 8/2019

LOT 746 1852 First Restrike Electrotype Copy AU50 . Glossy light olive with underlying faded red in most protected areas. Only a few minor rim bumps, one at NI in UNITED the only worth noting. Smooth surfaces. An attractive, well preserved electrotype copy of the first restrike proof 1852 half cent.

LOT 742 1848 Original Proof-Only, Electrotype COPY . Glossy medium brown and light chocolate. Peeps of base metal show at some of the highest points of the portrait and wreath. Nice eye appeal.
