Lot 141 1794 S-66 R-5+ PCGS VG Detail (Environmental Damage). Chocolate brown with moderate corrosion and traces of old verdigris on the surfaces. Despite the surfaces the date, LIBERTY, and peripheral reverse legends are bold. Light brown and light olive with some deeper steel in some protected areas, particularly on the reverse. There are a few minor marks consistent with the grade, the best identifying marks include a pair framing N in ONE above and below it, and a pin poin mark over the leaf at D in UNITED. Smooth, hard surfaces. Breen Die Sate V with the usual die clashes and the delicate die cracks through the tops of RTY, connecting the border to the left side of Y, and connecting the bases of 79 to the angle of 4.
