LOT 784 1847/7 N-31 R5 Large 7 over Small 7 F15. Ten points sharper with a few light scratches in the fields on both sides. Glossy light olive. MDS, die state c, with fine die cracks on the reverse. The repunched 47 is clear and the top of the Small 7 is clearly visible above the normal 7.

LOT 783 1846 N-13 R4 Tall Date, Repunched 1 VF30. Ten points sharper with very fine verdigris dusted into protected areas on both sides. A horizontal nick on the nose is the only notable mark. Glossy light chocolate brown with darker olive brown and steel in protected areas. MDS, die state b. The repunching on the 1 is clear.

LOT 786 1852 N-14 R1 Repunched 52 EF40. Slightly sharper with a minor rim bruise at the E in UNITED. Otherwise choice. Glossy tan and light brown with traces of frost in protected areas. EDS, die state a. The repunching on the 52 is sharp.
