Rather glossy light chocolate on the devices with olive brown in the protected areas. The date and legends are strong. EDS.

LOT 733 1809 S-280 R2 G6. Sharpness at least VG10 where properly struck but the strike is uneven and the planchet is lightly corroded, primarily at the top of the obverse. Specks of greenish verdigris show in some of the pits. Dull reddish chocolate and steel. Scarce EDS with a single fine crack through the leaves below ES. The overdate or repunching on the 9 is sharp. Struck slightly off center to the top with weakness at the top of the obverse and bottom of the reverse. The date is bold.
