LOT 15 1795 C-1 R2 Lettered Edge, Thick Planchet, MS62 Brown NGC. Lustrous tan and light brown. Sharply struck with great eye appeal. The only contact mark is a light scratch in the field off the end of the nose. Looks choice mint state but there is a hint of rub on the very highest points of the devices. E-MDS, Manley state 2.0 early, Fuhrman 2 early, with the faintest hint of a bulge forming at AME. Microscopic lumps caused by fine die rust show in the fields on the upper half of the reverse.
