1803 S-250 R3 VF20 Glossy light chocolate brown with steel brown toning on the highpoints. Looks smooth to the unaided eye but there are microscopic planchet striations under the attractive toning. The only notable marks are a dull rim nick over the R in LIBERTY and a tiny pinprick on the lower left of the 0 in the date. MDS. $950

LOT 342 1803 S-250 R3 VG10 Glossy olive brown with lighter brown toning on the devices. Smooth and the two-tone appearance is quite attractive for the grade. Just trivial marks, none notable. MDS. $950
