Reverse: PRAETOR RECEPT, Claudius, bare-headed and togate, standing right, clasping hands with a praetorian soldier, long haired, standing left, holding a signum, a round shield slung from his neck. RIC 11, Lyon 1/3a; BMC 8; Cohen 77; Calicó 374a; Mazzini 77. A rare type. In NGC holder graded Ch XF ; Strike 4/5; Surface 3/5; edge marks.
