Distyle temple set upon a high podium, statue of Diva Poppaea seated left inside. Reverse: Hexastyle temple set upon a high podium, statue of Diva Claudia left on basis inside. Meshorer Caesarea pl. 7, H; Meshorer 354; Hendin 6300; RPC 4846. Deep sea green patina over trace deposits. Good Fine. Nero’s wife Poppaea gave birth to Claudia in AD 63, who survived only four months. This is the only coin issued in this Claudia’s name.
