LOT 314 Trio of 1843 Cents. Includes N-8 R3 VG8, N-9 R3 Repunched Date VG8, and N-15 R3 F15. The first and last are sharper with defects. Lot of 3 coins.

LOT 316 Group of 7 Cents, 1844-1856. Includes 1844 N-7 R2 AG3, 1846 N-8 R1 VG8, 1848 N-41 R1 VG8, 1850 unattributed Basal State-1, 1852 N-5 R2+ G4, 1854 N-19 R3 VG7, and 1856 N-10 R1 Upright 5 VG7. All are sharper with defects but all have a clear date. Lot of 7 coins.

LOT 315 1844 N-6 R3+ VF25. Five points sharper with a few hairlines around CENT. Glossy light brown and chocolate. E-MDS, die state b, with a couple fine die cracks on the reverse.

LOT 317 1845 N-8 R1 NGC graded AU55. Glossy light chocolate brown with frosty steel brown toning in protected areas. Lightly worn on the devices with only minor marks. A faint stripe of slightly darker toning through star 6 and a tiny rim bruise at the D in UNITED are the notable marks. MDS, die state b. Our grade is EF40+, close to EF45. 3584381 008

LOT 318 1845 N-9 R2 EF45. Attractive glossy light to medium brown with some light chocolate on the reverse and frosty lighter brown and tan in protected areas. The only notable mark is a nick on the throat. This cent has great eye appeal for the grade. Rare LDS, die state c, with a small but clearly defined rim cud break under the end of the wreath ribbon. Tied for CC#5 honors among those known with the rim cud.
