LOT 293 1855 N-8 R-3 Upright 55 PCGS MS64RB. Lustrous light steel with underlying mint red. A trivial tick on the bridge of the nose and a tiny carbon speck at the leaf tip under D in UNITED are the only marks. Smooth and lustrous with nice eye appeal. LDS. LOT 291 Group of 4 Braided Hair Cents 1854-1856. Lot of 4 Coins. Includes an 1854, an 1855 Slanted 5, an 1856 Slanted 5, and an 1856 Upright 5. All sharp with chocolate and olive brown surfaces. Grades VF to EF. Ex; Phil Hyde
LOT 294 1855 N-9 R-1 Knob on Ear PCGS AU53. Medium brown with dark steel stains arcing around the obverse. A bit dirty in the protected areas, and there are a couple minor nicks on stars 8 and 9. Smooth surfaces. E-MDS, state c. Our grade is EF40. 1913.53/29733056 Ex; Phil Davis
LOT 292 1855 N-4 R-1 MS60. Very lightly cleaned with very faint hairlines some of the fields visible under a glass. Now faded mint red with bluish steel overtones and original mint red underneath in the protected areas.

LOT 295 1855 N-9 R-1 Knob on Ear ICG AU53 Details (Cleaned). Cleaned and now toned golden brown and olive with deeper tones in the reverse protected areas. Traces of microporosity are visible under a glass, and there is a fine scratch at star 13. Glossy surfaces. E-MDS, state c. Our grade is VF30.
