LOT 277 1846 N-23 R-5 Tall Date Repunched 1 F12. Slightly sharper but there are traces of old verdigris in the protected areas, stronger on the reverse than the obverse. There is a rim nick at star 8, and a few trivial marks on the portrait that blend in well to the light brown and chocolate brown toning. EDS, state a. Ex; eBay 2022 - William Schwartz

LOT 279 1846 N-26 R-5 Tall Date Repunched 1 F15. Very attractive glossy medium brown with darker steel brown toning on the highpoints. The only marks are some tiny specks of verdigris around star 2 plus minor roughness on the rim left of that star. MDS, die state b early. LOT 281 1847 Braided Hair Cent PCGS AU58 CAC. Choice tan brown with a bit of dirt in some protected areas visible under a glass. The only marks are a couple trivial nicks on the edge below 1 and below star 7. Smooth surfaces with frosty mint luster covering the protected areas. Our grade is EF45. 1877.58/81329102 Ex; Phil Davis
