LOT 271 Group of 5 Braided Hair Cents 1844-1855. Lot of 5 Coins. Includes an 1844, an 1845, an 1847, an 1851, and an 1855. Grades VG-VF.  Ex; Phil Hyde

LOT 274 1846 N-6 R-1 Small Date NGC MS62BN. Attractive chocolate brown with peeps of faded mint red underneath and a touch of rub on the high points. The notable marks include specks of old verdigris the first A in AMERICA, below E in STATES, and above the stem, and a tiny pin scratch right of star 4. Smooth, lustrous surfaces otherwise. LOT 272 1844/81 N-2 R-2 44 over inverted 18 ICG VF35. VF35 sharpness but cleaned and retoned steely olive and faded orange with a dark stain below stars 12-13. There are a few trivial nick on the cheek and fields, nothing major. Our grade is VF20.

LOT 275 1846 N-11 R-1 Medium Date PCGS AU58 CAC. AU sharpness but there is a hairline scratch right of star 2, a rim nick over E in STATES, and a minor lamination below the ribbon. Glossy light brown and light olive with luster covering the protected areas. Our grade is EF45. 33619304 Ex; Phil Davis

LOT 273 Trio of Overdate Braided Hair Cents. Lot of 3 Coins. Includes an 1844/81, an 1847/47, and an 1851/81. All sharper with minor issues but clear overdate features. Grades VG to VF. Ex; Phil Hyde

LOT 276 1846 N-14 R-3 Tall Date NGC MS62BN. AU58 sharpness but there are dark steel and maroon spots on the central to lower reverse containing traces of carbon, and a couple of hairline scratches between ONE and CENT. Otherwise choice tan brown with frosty luster covering the surfaces. EDS. Our grade is AU50. 3655061-027 Ex; Phil Davis
