LOT 210 1818 N-10 R-1 PCGS MS63BN. Lustrous mottled light brown, chocolate, and light steel with hints of underlying faded mint red on the reverse. Just a touch of rub on the high points. The only notable marks are a vertical nick in the hair above the laurel, a diagonal scratch under N in CENT, and a patch of microgranularity on the bottom of the neck. Frosty cartwheel covers the surfaces, stronger on the reverse. LDS, state b. Our grade is AU58. 1600.63/33371984 Ex; Phil Davis

LOT 207 1818 N-5 R-3 F15. 20 points sharper but dark with traces of corrosion in some protected areas, strongest UNITED, and microscopic roughness visible under a glass. There are also minor nicks on Liberty’s neck, before the forehead, and around ONE. Semi-glossy dark olive and charcoal surfaces. MDS, state b. Ex; eBay - William Schwartz

LOT 208 1818 N-4 R-4 G4. Slightly sharper but lightly corroded with uniform fine roughness covering the surfaces. A rim bruise at the first 1 and a hairline scratch left of star 1 are the notable marks. Medium to dark olive browns. LDS, with O in ONE missing. Ex; eBay 2021 - William Schwartz

LOT 211 1819 N-2 R-1 Large Date VG10. EF sharpness but corroded with fine roughness covering the surfaces, smoother on the highest points, and old verdigris in the protected areas, stronger on the reverse. LOT 209 1818 N-10 R-1 MS60. Lustrous steel and olive browns with underlying faded mint red in the protected areas. There is a nick and a few pin scratches above the portrait to star 9, a couple dark spots along the profile, and a strike through line on the hair above the eye. LDS, state b. LOT 213 1819 N-9 R-1 Small Date VF25. EF45 sharpness but the surfaces are porous with traces of shallow, old verdigris on the reverse. Free of notable marks. Deep charcoal with ruddy chocolate brown some high points of the obverse, dark olive and ebony on the reverse. Ex; Phil Davis
