1800 S-210 R5+ VG8+ Sharpness VF20 but covered with fine granularity, strongest in the field behind the portrait. No verdigris and the only marks are a dull scuff that exposes bright copper along the profile and some more around ER in LIBERTY. Medium olive brown. MDS, Breen state V, with a clear die crack from ER into the field before the face, but there are no cud breaks on the reverse. A rare variety that comes with a nice provenance. $1,500 Ex F. C. C. LOT 288 1800 S-211 R3 F12 Sharpness VF25 but there are nearly a dozen light scratches on the obverse, mostly in the field before the portrait. There are a few more scratches on the reverse and a small rim bruise at ED. All the scratches are old and blend into the glossy olive brown and steel toning. MDS, Breen state III, with obvious swelling in the field over the bust. $850
