LOT 188 1797 S-141 R4 F15 Ten points sharper but covered with extremely fine roughness under rather glossy dark steel and olive brown toning. No verdigris but there is a planchet chip on the neck under the ear and a dull horizontal scratch in the field off the upper edge of the neck. Possibly recolored. M-LDS, Breen state III. The die crack up through the left end of the ribbon into the wreath is strong. $1,500
