LOT 448 1603 Italy (Milan) Quatt NGC graded VF30 . Glossy light steel brown. Smooth and free of defects. Struck slightly off center to K-6 leaving portions of the legend off the planchet but the remainder is clear. From the Archer Huntington Collection. Certificate #2815884-001

LOT 447 1813 Ireland Penny Dublin, Edward Stephens NGC UNC Details Scratches . Olive and chocolate brown with traces of lighter brown and tan in protected areas from an old cleaning. Sharply detailed but there are old scratches in the field right of the harp. The date and legends on the obverse are clearly doubled. Our grade is net EF40. The Virgil Brand provenance is noted on the NGC label. Certificate #2683907-003

LOT 449 1811-M Italy Kingdom of Napoleon 10 Sol NGC XF Details Cleaned . Bright silver with fine hairlines from a cleaning. A spot of dark toning at the small device right of the date is the only notable mark. The date and legends are strong. Our grade is net VF20. What makes this piece special is the provenance from the collection of John Quincy Adams, 6th President of the United States. The provenance is not noted on the NGC label but it is mentioned on the Stack’s envelope and in the auction catalog. Certificate #2835942-002
