 BEAUTIFULLY TONED 1815

LOT 235 1815/2 Overdate 5 over 2, Overton-101 R2 AU50. Wonderfully toned glossy light bluish steel gray with mint frost in protected areas. Looks mint state but there is a hint of friction on the highpoints, all hidden under the very attractive toning. No notable defects. MDS with fine die clashmarks on both sides, as usual, but the reverse is uncracked. The undertype 2 is visible under the upper half of the 5. A beautiful example of this tough date.
