LOT 27 1794 S-26 R2 Head of 1794 PCGS graded AU55 . A sharp cent with smooth surfaces and very nice eye appeal, but the raised area around CE has been lightly rubbed leaving slightly lighter toning in that area. Otherwise the toning is an attractive glossy light olive brown and chocolate with lighter reddish steel brown at CE. Sharply detailed with light wear on the devices and no notable marks. LDS, Breen state VIII, Heck state 8, with a very bold radial die crack through the first S in STATES to CE, and the area at CE is raised. Noyes graded EF45 net VF35 and tied for CC#14, his photo #26338. Our grade is EF40. 35543.55/57538480
