CONDITION CENSUS S-218 3-ERROR REVERSE

LOT 277 1801 S-218 R5+ 3-Error Reverse PCGS graded F12+T186 . Glossy light olive brown blending to darker olive in protected areas. Mostly smooth but there is some unevenness in the fields and traces of crud in protected areas on the reverse. A thin planchet fissure right of the D in UNITED is the only notable mark. EDS, Breen state I, with no hint of a bulge at RTY. The legends are complete and clear including all 3 of the die-cutter errors on the reverse. Graded VG10 and CC#4 in the Bland census. Noyes says F12 net VG10 and tied for CC#5, his photo #26213. Our grade is VG10 . 36269.12/52085734
