RARE DIE STATE

LOT 135 1796 S-115 R3 Draped Bust G5 . Partly glossy olive brown and steel with lighter brown toning on the devices. There is fine roughness in the fields and protected areas but no verdigris. Two digs at the bottom of the neck are the only notable marks. LDS, Breen state IX, with a full cud break at TY and a raised retained cud break at ER. Only 5 are known to us in this die state.
