LOT 602 Quartet of 1852 & 1853 Cents grading VF20. Includes 1852 N-10 R2+, 1852 N-16 R1, 1852 N-17 R1 First 1 Repunched, and 1853 N-3 R1. Some are sharper with defects but all are glossy brown and chocolate. Lot of 4 coins.

LOT 603 Group of Five 1852 & 1853 Cents grading F15. Includes 1852 N-12 R1 Repunched 18, 1852 N-21 R3+, 1853 N-3 R1 Repunched 185, 1853 N-9 R2- , and 1853 N-12 R1+. Some are sharper with marks but all are glossy brown and chocolate with a strong date. Lot of 5 coins.

LOT 605 Pair of 1853 Cents grading EF45+. Includes N-15 R2 Repunched 5 M-LDS (b), and N-25 R1 Repunched 1 M-LDS (b+). Both are choice with smooth surfaces and very attractive glossy brown and chocolate toning that is accented by mint frost in protected areas. Lot of 2 coins.

LOT 604 1853 N-25 R1 Repunched 1 MS60. Lustrous light olive brown and steel with at least 10% of the reverse showing faded mint red. Essentially flawless except for a tiny planchet flake on the edge left of star 2 and another on the rim at star 10. MDS, die state b. The repunching under the 1 is clear. Very nice for the grade.

LOT 606 Pair of 1853 Cents grading EF45. Includes N-13 R1 Repunched 1 M-LDS (b), and N-20 R3 Repunched 53 M-LDS (b). The first is choice; the second is close to mint state but lightly cleaned and partially retoned. Lot of 2 coins.

LOT 607 Pair of 1853 Cents grading EF40 to EF45. Includes N-26 R2 MDS (b), and N-30 R1 EDS (a). Both are smooth and choice showing attractive light chocolate brown toning with mint frost in protected areas. Lot of 2 coins.
