LOT 484 1851 N-22 R-4 MS63 . Frosty brilliant light steel with generous amounts of underlying original mint red on both sides. There are a couple spots under the hair bun and near stars 10-11, and one trivial tick over U in UNITED, Otherwise flawless with frosty, brilliant cartwheel luster covering both sides. Excellent eye appeal. LDS, Grellman state c.

LOT 487 1853 N-14 R-3 MS60BN . Lustrous light chocolate and steel browns with about 10% of original mint red remaining in the protected areas. There are a couple rim nicks on the obverse, one below 8 and one at star 5. Otherwise free of notable marks with satiny, lustrous surfaces. M-LDS, with a thin obverse rim break at stars 11-12. Broken out of an old green label PCGS MS64BN holder (#1901.64/8293895, tag included).

LOT 485 1851 N-39 R-3 AU50 . Choice tan brown mellowed down from faded mint color, mellowed to light steel on the high points. There is a small hairline scratch from below the lips through the chin, and a tiny nick above the bust tip. Frosty, lustrous surfaces with great eye appeal. EDS.

LOT 488 1853 N-27 R-2 XF45 . AU50 sharpness but recolored and now toned olive and chocolate browns. The only notable mark is a wispy hairline scratch from the dentils at star 4 curving down through the mouth and cheek that blends in well. Smooth surfaces.

LOT 486 1852 N-11 R-1 PCGS AU Details (Altered Surfaces) . AU sharpness but recolored and now pleasing chocolate brown and olive browns. The only marks are a couple nicks at S O in STATES OF that reveal the red underneath. Smooth, glossy surfaces. Strong reverse rim break at TES O. Our grade is XF40.
