EARLY CENTS AUCTIONS

LOT 237 1832 C-3 R-3 MS62 . Choice lustrous light brown with light bluish steel overtones in protected areas. A thin planchet flaw over I in UNITED is the only notable mark. Frosty, lustrous surfaces. Manley State 1.0. Removed from an NGC MS 64 BN holder (955586-001)

LOT 238 1833 C-1 R-1 MS63 . Frosty brilliant mint red mellowed to deeper steel brown on some high points and fields. The only marks are a trivial tick on the chin, a tiny spot over star 1, and a low spot under the lowest hair curl, as struck. Highly lustrous surfaces. Manley state 2.0 with a a die crack through stars 2-7, and strong clash marks around the wreath.

LOT 239 1834 C-1 R-1 MS63 . Attractive light brown mellowed down from very faded mint color with an oval area of deeper olive on the portrait and subtle steel toning highlighting some of the devices. Fully lustrous with semi-reflective surfaces. EDS, Manley state 1.0. Removed from an NGC MS64BN holder with the Jules Reiver provenance noted (656377-005 label included).
