MISSOURI CABINET COIN
LOT 230 1826 C-2 R-3+ PCGS MS62BN . Lightly cleaned and nicely retoned a glossy bluish steel and golden olive with sea-green overtones. No spots or other marks. Excellent eye appeal in spite of the light cleaning. EDS, Manley state 1.0, with slightly reflective obverse fields. Plated in the Breen encyclopedia on page 326 to illustrate his die state I and listed in the condition census on page 327. The repunching on the 6 is clear and there are no die clashmarks. Our grade is MS60 sharpness net AU55. The attribution and Missouri Cabinet provenance are shown on the PCGS label. 35255.62/27392699
LOT 231 1828 C-1 R-1 AU58 . Pleasing light steel brown with faded mint red in protected areas of the obverse. A tiny rim nick under the bust tip and a speck of carbon in the dentils left of star 2 are the only notable marks. Satiny, lustrous surfaces. E-MDS, Manley State 2.0 early.

LOT 232 1828 C-2 R-1 MS60+ . Lustrous light chocolate and medium brown with bluish steel toning in some of the protected areas. Traces of faded mint red can be found in some of the protected areas on the obverse. No spots or stains and the best identifying mark is a tiny, very dull nick on star 1, only visible with a strong glass. Excellent eye appeal. MDS, Manley state 2.0, with faint die clashmarks inside the wreath. Broken out of a PCGS MS63BN CAC holder with the Widok provenance noted (35264.63/26013102 label included).
