LOT 220 1809 C-3 R-1 MS62 . Beautiful light chocolate brown and pale blue tones on the obverse, the reverse is attractive light brown mellowed down from faded mint color with subtle blue tones. Free of notable marks. Brilliant frosty luster covers the surfaces, excellent eye appeal. Manley state 1.0. Broken out of a PCGS MS64BN holder with the Jon D. Lusk provenance noted (label included 1123.64/4808512).

LOT 221 1809 C-4 R-2 VF30 . Pleasing chocolate and light steel brown. Only the most trivial of marks, nothing noteworthy or distracting. Smooth, glossy surfaces. M-LDS, Manley state 2.0. The reverse is rotated 15 degrees CW.

LOT 223 1809 C-6 R-1 AU58 . Lustrous medium to dark olive brown, lighter on the reverse, with hints of underlying light brown mellowed down from faded mint color in the reverse protected areas. There is a minor planchet flaw on the obverse right of stars 10-11, as struck, otherwise free of notable marks or distractions. Mint state eye appeal with just a touch of rub on the highest points. Manley state 2.0, with a rim break in the dentils at stars 9-10 and the repunching on star 9 is clear.

LOT 222 1809 C-5 R-1 AU50 . Attractive light steel and tan brown surfaces. Semi-glossy on the high points, with mint frost covering the protected areas, especially the reverse. Free of notable marks. E-MDS, Manley state 1.0.
