LOT 183 1802/0 C-2 R-3 F12 . A few points sharper but there is a dig under ER in LIBERTY, wispy hairline scratches right of the Y and on the portrait and fields, and another one through CENT. Attractive deep chocolate brown on rather glossy surfaces, fairly smooth for the variety. Manley state 3.0. Broken out of a PCGS Genuine Reverse of 1802 slab (1057.94/12953037).

LOT 184 1803 C-1 R-1 EF45 . Frosty chocolate and steel brown with fine flowline luster covering the protected areas. The only marks on otherwise choice surfaces are a short hairline scratch under IB in LIBERTY and another at the dentils just left of the fraction. MDS, Manley State 2.0. The reverse is rotated 15 degrees CCW.

LOT 186 1803 C-3 R-2 VF30 . Glossy dark chocolate and steel brown. Smooth and attractive with a light rim bruise left of the hair ribbon as the only defect. LDS, Manley State 5.0. The reverse is rotated 10 degrees CCW.

LOT 185 1803 C-2 R-4 VG10 . Nice glossy chocolate brown with steel brown toning on the devices. Smooth surfaces showing only a few small contact marks. The notable ones are a grouping of nicks at the hairline left of the throat and a thin vertical nick under the hair ribbon. Rare EDS, Manley state 1.0. The only die crack visible is a faint one connecting the tops of ES in STATES. Davy #03.2.1. Broken out of a PCGS F12 holder (35131.12/26666870)

LOT 187 1803 C-4 R-4 VF30 . Glossy olive with hints of light brown underneath and mint frost in some of the protected areas, especially on the reverse. A tiny rim nick over E in LIBERTY is the best identifying mark. There is one spot of microscopic roughness off the bust tip, otherwise smooth surfaces. The reverse is rotated 15 degrees CCW. EDS, Manley state 1.0.
